FAQ
What are the steps after we fill out the form?
Please allow upto 48 hours for a response. Once you hear back from me you will have the option to secure your dates with a deposit. After that we can have a further consultation either face to face or a phone call closer to the time of event just to go over the finer details.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Yes!! Please reach out, I would love to hear about your story and what you may have planned. We can start creating a mood board together to ensure you have all areas covered. I can give recommendations on other vendors I've worked with before and answer any general wedding related questions you may have.
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
Travel fee's are usually included in the quote unless stated otherwise.
Do you also provide Videography?
At the moment we only provide Photography as a service. However, we don't mind working alongside other videographers that you may want to book, please reach out and let us know.
Do you have a male and female team?
I generally shoot weddings alone but recently my wife has been second shooting with me and we found that works out a lot better for the couples as you get more coverage. If you needed a female only photographer please get in touch as we do provide bespoke packages for this too.
Do you give out raw images?
NO! Unfortunately, we do not give out raw images. RAW images are not the final product, most devices also can't cope with the size and file format that RAW images have unless you have specialised software to convert these into more useable formats such as JPEGS.
When will we receive our photos and how many do you give?
I don't put a restriction on the number of edits, so anything captured on the day that is useable you will get. number of photos usually depends on how many hours of coverage you require.
Average turnaround time is 4-12 weeks. During peak wedding season this may be a little longer but I have open and honest communication with my clients throughout and won't give you false dates and false hope!
Do you only shoot weddings?
No, I love all types of photography! Please get in touch for a quote.
From birthdays, surprise parties, proposals, cake smash, pre-wedding couple shoot, weddings, new born photography, the list is endless!
Where are you based and do you travel for photography?
I am based in the midlands but travel all over for photography. Please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to provide you a bespoke quote.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Please fill out the contact form in the "Contact" section. Once I have dates and timings I will provide you with a bespoke quote.
2. Sign Contract
Once you are happy with the quote, a small deposit will be taken and a contract can be signed. Your date is now secure, in the meantime we can start creating a mood board for your big day!
3. The Big Day
On the big day, I will show up usually 15-30 minutes earlier from agreed time at specified location. From here you can just relax and enjoy your day, I will give you prompts throughout the day to capture the best photos possible. The main thing is to just have fun and enjoy your special day and not worry about anything else.
4. Photo Gallery
Finally, after your event I will usually keep you updated on progress with how the editing is coming along. I will also send sneak peaks of the day so you have something to share with the family until you receive your photo gallery. Once all images are ready, you will receive a link in the email which will give you exclusive access to all your photos. From here you can download, like and share with whoever you would like.
